About My Pay As You Go Phone
To assist our customers, all pay as you go handsets are opened, inspected and connected prior to shipping. This saves time in calling the network and connecting the handset, as you simply open the box, add credit (unless credit is pre-loaded), and then start using your phone straight away.
The handset has been pre-connected for you, although you will still have to call the network on the
number provided with your phone in order to register your details.
If airtime credit is pre-loaded, only 3 handsets are subject to a 30 day validity period for airtime credit.
After 30 days, any unused credit on a 3 handset will expire.
