Query About My Bill
For all pay monthly contract phones, regardless of cost, we take a £1 security deposit when the item is despatched. This is then refunded on your original payment card when the phone is either connected or returned.
Disconnection of your handset can sometimes take a couple of weeks. This means that you may receive a bill from your network provider for line rental charges during this period.
Please disregard this bill, as you will receive a second recalculated bill for the period you used the handset.
If you do not receive a recalculated bill but another bill with full line rental charges please contact our customer services team on 0870 901 4711.
If you have received / not received a text bundle / other bundle please contact the Customer Service team on 0870 901 4711 (open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm) who will be able to resolve this issue for you.
